Do you have a storefront?
MacOnline is an online store and hence does not have a physical store front. This is what enables us to offer cheaper prices and direct delivery.
Can I collect goods from the office?
Our office is purely administrative and hence goods can not be collected there. Unfortunately we can not offer collections from the warehouse for security reasons. We do however offer a cheap courier service for Melbourne.
Can I pay via Direct Deposit?
Yes you can. If you would like to take advantage of this, just select 'Flexirent / EFT Bank Deposit' as the payment option when proceeding through the checkout. Mention in the notes you would like to pay via direct debt, and you will receive the banking details one the order has been processed.
Can I pay via Flexirent?
Yes you can. Just select the 'Flexirent / EFT Bank Deposit' option in the checkout. Then follow the Flexirent procedure. (have this link to the appropriate page)
Is everything in stock?
Normally yes. Obviously with such a large store, there will be times when a product is out of stock and there will be a delay in dispatching. Usually we can obtain replacement stock from our suppliers within 2 days, but occasionally they too are out of stock. If you would like to confirm availability of a product, please send an email, use the 'Live Support' feature or give us a call.
How much is freight?
You can calculate freight yourself. Simply place the items you'd like in the shopping cart, and you are given the option to input your post code in the right hand column. You will then be provided with several options of delivery method, costs and estimate delivery times.
