We offer a range of delivery services depending on your delivery location and order weight/size. For your security, all shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers may ask for you to present identification. Once your order has been dispatched from MacOnline we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address. During the check out process you will be provided with possibily several delivery methods. Different delivery services have different maximum sizes and weights that they will carry, so on larger orders you may only have one or two delivery options available to you.

A consignment note will be left at the front door if you missed the delivery and you will have 7 days to ring the delivery service to arrange for re-delivery. If the item gets returned to MacOnline, MacOnline have the right to charge you shipping cost for the item to be re-delivered.

All shipping cost will be automatically calculated by our system. You can click on the "buy now" button and shipping cost will be prompt before you confirm the order. Do not continue with the order if you do not agree to the shipping cost.

ParcelPost deliver to Australia wide usually within 3 - 5 working days. This option may not be available on some larger orders. Registered Post requires a signature.

ExpressPost can deliver to most major locations within 2 days. This option will only be available to smaller orders due to the size / weight restrictions of the bags.

Orders shipped via Amalgamated are generally delivered next business day for Melbourne Metro. This is the best option for delivery within the Melbourne Metro area. A list of locations is provided when selecting this method during the check out process.

Orders shipped outside of Melbourne Metro will be shipped via Star Track Express. Delivery times can vary up to 5 business days depending on location. Star Track is perfect for orders containing larger items.
